Throughout April and May, we have put a major emphasis on the deadlift, squat, and overhead pressing. We will finally put all the hard work to the test with a retest of the CrossFit total. Other familiar tests will include Amanda-Ish, Serena, Jackie, Open workout 17.2, and Filthy Fifty. You can also expect to see a bit more conditioning this month, paired with lots of barbell cycling!
On top of the CrossFit Total, members will also be finding a new 1RM Clean and a 1RM Jerk. New this month, members will be working through:
-Various snatch complexes working through a combination of high hang, hang, below the knee, and full.
-A midline madness EMOM complex consisting of T2B, Hollow Rocks, Supermans, and Front Rack Holds.
-Seated DB Strict Press + Hand Release Push-up Combo
-Running + Turkish Get Up Intervals
