Each pillar of the SEMM model is influenced, and has an influence, on the other three.
If one pillar isn’t strong, the others need to take the load.
When one pillar improves, the others see a trickle down effect.
As an example: poor sleep can impact nutritional choices, ability to handle stress and ability to recover and move well after tough workouts
Examples like this can be made if there is a deficiency in any of the three other pillars.
Go through the pillars today and determine which one (Sleep, Eat, Move, Manage) needs the most attention and determine what the first small actionable item you can do today to improve on this area.
