After a heavy day of Weight lifting (Crossfit Total) today’s Strength and WOD movements should serve as good active recovery for those who need it!

Those who are sore or fatigued from yesterday should be encouraged to attend today to get moving! We know that moving through an active full range of motion is one of the best ways to aid in recovery and reduce Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS).
